Google API Services User Data Policy

AIO Delta's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

When you connect Google we request the sign-in scopes openid, email and profile, plus https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly so we can read Search Console. That is the only Google data we read:

  • your Google account email and basic profile used to sign you in;
  • the Search Console property list (sites.list);
  • Search Analytics rows for the properties you select: query, page, date, clicks, impressions, CTR and position.

We do not read Gmail, Drive, Ads, Analytics, or any other Google product. We never sell Google user data, never use it for advertising, and never use it to train AI models.

Purpose

We use Search Console data to estimate organic clicks that may have been lost when AI Overviews appear, show a dashboard and digest preview, and run a nightly incremental refresh. Figures are estimates and proxies, not Google’s numbers.

Retention and deletion

Imported Search Console rows are kept while your account is active and the nightly refresh window applies (up to 16 months of history, refreshed incrementally). If you disconnect Google or delete your account, we delete that GSC data, the encrypted refresh token, and the rest of your account within 30 days. Disconnect and “Delete my account and data” in Settings start that process immediately.

Tokens

Google refresh tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. We revoke the token at oauth2.googleapis.com/revoke when you delete your account.

Sub-processors

  • Google — sign-in and Search Console API;
  • Cloudflare — DNS and TLS at the edge;
  • Brevo — transactional email and the waitlist / CSV-check list;
  • Paddle — merchant of record for paid plans.

GDPR rights

If you are in the EEA or UK you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Email [email protected]. You can also delete your account and data from Settings.

Waitlist and CSV check

If you join the waitlist or unlock a CSV check we store the email you give us, with the consent text shown at the time, and create or update a contact on the AIO Delta list in Brevo so we can send product updates. You can unsubscribe by writing to [email protected].
