Agreement

These terms govern use of the AIO Delta website and SaaS. The service is provided by TT Consultancy B.V., KvK 17084142, Rupelmonde 36, 1081 GP Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Contact [email protected].

The service

AIO Delta estimates possible organic click loss around Google AI Overviews from Search Console data or a CSV export you upload. Outputs are estimates and proxies, not ground truth. Search Console now reports AI Overview impressions by page, but it does not separate AI Overview clicks or show which queries lost clicks. AIO Delta estimates that.

Account

You must use a Google account you are allowed to connect. You are responsible for the Search Console properties you import and for keeping access to that Google account secure.

Fees and Paddle

Paid plans are sold by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, VAT/sales tax, invoices and payment-method data. Subscription prices are shown on the Pricing page.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the API, probe other people’s Search Console properties, or use the service to build a competing click-loss dataset for resale.

Liability

The service is provided as is. TT Consultancy B.V. is not liable for SEO decisions you make from estimates, for Google API outages, or for indirect loss. Mandatory Dutch consumer rights stay intact.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Courts of Amsterdam have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer forum.
